Repair Policy

REPAIR POLICY

Peyote Bird products are hand crafted from the finest sterling silver and semi-precious materials available.

Each repair is evaluated and charged on a case-by-case basis due to the handmade nature of pieces, artisans and natural stones.

Vintage pieces need to be treated with care, however we understand that these items are delicate and items do break or get bent easily so we will do our best to assist you with your repair.

Items sold at a discount or as final sale/closeout are final sale items. If there is an issue with one of these pieces, there will be a repair charge. 

Watches do not have a warranty and will be repaired, battery changed, straps replaced at a charge.

All repair shipping charges will be charged to the customer.

Repair timelines differ based on the item. We do our best to get your repairs to you as soon as possible. However depending on the type of damage and piece we may need 8 to 16 weeks to process your repair.
