Warranties, Returns, Cancellations, Defects, Repairs and Refunds

WATCH WARRANTY

Crafted from the finest materials, Peyote Bird watches are built to a high standard of excellence.  Our watches carry a two-year limited warranty. Our movements are guaranteed for two years from date of purchase. This warranty covers dial, hands and case from manufacturing defects (watch crystals, bands and batteries are not covered). Should your Peyote Bird watch require service, please return it postage paid and insured to:

Please be sure to include a return address and details of the repair. All service under warranty MUST be accompanied by the original receipt. If a watch is not under warranty or proof of purchase is note provided, there will be a minimum charge for repair. A $12.00 handling, shipping and insurance charge will be added to all out of warranty watches.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after it has been shipped from our Shipping Center.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly offer:

  • A Credit to the original credit card used for payment for product(s) purchased on the Peyote Bird Designs Web Site only and returned within 30 days after receiving your order *. Please see additional details on the section below
  • (*) excluding the original packaging, shipping or handling charges. (Contact Us to receive your pre-paid return mailing label per below).

Returned merchandise must include the original vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Worn or used merchandise cannot be returned (within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise).

  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges after 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.

How to Return Products By Mail
Contact us to receive your pre-paid return mailing label, instructions to how to return your items and reason to return. Please provide reason for return:

Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for the processing of your return and credit.

The returned product(s) must be:

  • in the same condition as at the time of receipt
  • in the original Peyote Bird packaging and tags
  • an original packing slip included in the packaging
  • document with “reasons for return”

If you received the product(s) as a gift we are only able to offer you a credit under the original purchaser's account.

How to Receive a Refund
Refunds to a credit card can be requested for product(s) within 30 days after receiving your order. The refund can only be issued to the original credit card used for payment.

Once your returned product(s) has been received by our office, we will issue a refund for the returned product(s) (excluding any packaging, shipping or handling charges) to the original credit card used for payment. Please be advised that it may take up to 6-8 weeks for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement depending on the credit card company.

HOW TO REPLACE INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. If your package arrives and is significantly damaged during delivery, please do not open the package and contact our customer service team at your earliest convenience.

Peyote Bird warranty policy covers manufacturing defects for one year. A sales receipt must be provided from a Peyote Bird Online Boutique Website for this warranty to be valid.

ONE YEAR MANUFACTURING DEFECT
Jewelry returned within 30 days of purchase for a manufacturing defect, will be replaced by Peyote Bird if it is available in inventory. After 30 days from the purchase date, the jewelry will be repaired. If the jewelry is not available in inventory, not able to be repaired or is discontinued, we will issue a credit card refund to the original credit card.

This warranty is void if the jewelry has been damaged by negligence, accident, other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

All jewelry sent in under warranty must include a sales receipt.

Jewelry containing leather is not made to be worn in water. This warranty is void if the leather jewelry has been damaged by water.

Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Peyote Bird Designs will void this warranty.

A lost piece is not considered as a manufacturing defect.

Rings can be sized up or down by one size, on a case by case basis depending on the design and construction of the ring. Bracelets and necklaces can only be sized down.

Repair service lead time and charges will be evaluated and provided at the time of your request.
