The total U.S. dollar amount of your order will be charged at the time your card is approved when you submit your order online. If the order is processed successfully, you will receive an email confirmation with the order number.
If the system tells you the card charge was declined, it could be for a number of reasons (see below). The order will not be completed unless the card is charged successfully.
If the amount charged exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically canceled.
Troubleshooting Credit Card Payment Errors
The card security code is a unique three or four digit number printed on the back of your card, in addition to the account number.
Delivery will take 4-6 business days for shipment to the United States.
If this is your first purchase on the website you will have option to create an account with us, using your email address. You will also be asked to create a password.

Registered customers: Please sign in to access web order status and history.
Guest customers: Non-registered customers do not have online access to order status and history. You may request information by email or by phone.
Please provide the order confirmation number displayed after placing your order so we can respond quickly and accurately.
To protect our customers against fraud, we will verify all billing and delivery addresses before we ship any online orders. If your billing and delivery addresses do not match, we may require additional information to process your order.
