We have an immediate opening for a part time IT Help Desk Technician.
The position will be responsible for assisting 20 employees with technology issues in a PC environment. Specific tasks may include installing software, setting up workstations, troubleshooting connection and logon issues.
This position will need to triage trouble tickets and refer more complicated issues to a third party IT support vendor. Position is a flexible 10-15 hours per week that fits into an 8am-5pm time slot. Ideal position for student/entry level IT tech with experience & training.
