  • Daily coordination of all aspects of production through US and global manufacturing facilities, ensuring on-time deliveries and fulfillment of quality and shipping requirements

  • Liaison between product development, production facilities, overseas office and QC, ensuring on-time production, accurate preparation and quality control

  • Support to Purchase Team on questions or issues arising when buying components for production or samples

  • Critical thinking for problem identification, suggestion and execution of solutions to improve production, logistics, QC and prepping processes

  • Coordination of International Freight, ensuring timely arrival and shipment with correct duties charged; all necessary communication with freight forwarders

  • Payment of invoices and monthly credit card payments in Quickbooks

  • Recording of cash, check, and credit card deposits in Quickbooks

  • Execution and review of inventory reports out of Quickbooks and status check of program inventory items

  • Analysis and review of UPS and Federal Express invoices before payment

  • Timekeeping for bi-weekly payroll

  • Cultivation of new customer relationships

  • Follow-up on in-house accounts

  • Item selection for retail website sales, and work with the Marketing Coordinator to update website

  • Data entry of new orders, and maintenance of customer database

  • Research regarding industry trends
