Global Production & Delivery Capabilities
Our facilities in Santa Fe, New Mexico and in Asia give us the capacity for high-volume production in many styles. Besides our headquarters in Santa Fe and Hong Kong, we have partners in Thailand, Bali, China and the Philippines. Each facility has specialized expertise, including silver casting and stamping, stone cutting and inlay, stringing, and carving. Our production partners are accomplished working with sterling silver, mixed metals, gemstones and natural materials as well as fashion materials, such as synthetic materials, glass and base metals. All our jewelry is primarily handcrafted and held to the highest industry standards for quality.
Along with production facilities that are fast and flexible, our exceptional customer service makes the process worry free. We provide the flexibility and experience to make packaging and shipping a smooth process. We use the Electronic Data Interchange system and can easily adapt to its various applications. We work directly with suppliers of boxes, tags, bags, and SKU labels to provide customized packaging for our private label clients. Our teams package, pack, and ship wholesale orders, then follow through with customs and other official entities. Orders ship direct from either Hong Kong or Santa Fe.
